Westfields is managed and controlled by the Governing Body, consisting of parents elected on a three-yearly basis by the parent community of the school.

This body contains all executive power of the school and is responsible, in co-operation with the principal, for the formulation of policy and decision-making with respect to school policy and regulations. It controls all fund-raising efforts and implements decisions regarding the maintenance of grounds, buildings and physical facilities.

Please support the governing body by getting involved in school functions. The quality and type of school in a community depends, in our present system, on the degree of involvement of parents through the various committees.
